The arrest and criminal records in the state of Colorado are now available electronically. Their Computerized Criminal History (CCH) repository has all the records of arrests based on the fingerprints submitted by law enforcement agencies across the entire Colorado region. However, please note that some arrests records will not be included in the database, especially those that are not supported by fingerprints. Further, warrant information, juvenile records and other sealed records are not made available for public viewing.

Thanks to this system, checking a Colorado criminal background is now very easy and effective too. All those who are interested in checking the fingerprint-supported arrests online may just go to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s website (https://www.cbirecordscheck.com/CBI_New/CBI_newIndex.asp) and run the search. Please note that a fee of $6.85 will be charged per name searched.
